Whether they are art prints, photographs or hand-painted pictures, with or without a mat – thanks to their high level of environmental friendliness, excellent value for money and wide range of design options, these picture and photo frames are also ideal as special gifts for a wide variety of occasions.

As part of various initiatives, I will be donating the SQUARES ART – FRAMESYSTEM in large quantities and featuring a variety of prints to charitable organisations in Germany.

Place the die-cut sheet with the adhesive strip facing upwards on a flat, clean surface and fold the right-hand section inwards by 180° along the groove line marked in red.

Then press down firmly on the folded edge to create a sharp crease.

Simply peel off the protective film from the double-sided adhesive tape and press the two sections firmly together along the adhesive strip.

Turn the frame system on its side so that the monogram embossing (marked with the yellow arrow) is at the bottom of the frame system.

Fold the two inner sections outwards by 180° along the two inner crease lines marked in purple.

Then press the two sections firmly downwards along the two crease lines to create sharp folds, and finally bend the two sections back inwards again.

Rotate the frame by 90° and reach into the side of the frame system with the fingers of both hands.

Now hold the frame assembly in an almost vertical position and use both thumbs to press the upper, wide section inwards into the frame assembly (yellow arrows) until the narrow section underneath also bends inwards.

Then rotate the frame assembly by 180° and repeat the process with the other two sections.

Hold the frame steady at the side with one hand and, with the other hand, push the larger section – within the frame system – towards the outer edge.

Then press the two angular sections inside the frame system firmly down by applying pressure from above along the groove lines (marked with orange arrows) to create sharp creases – the sharp folded edges on both angular sections are very important for the functioning of the frame system.

Now, inside the frame system, fold the left-hand section upwards by 90° along the perforated line (marked in yellow) (see yellow arrow), and the frame system is ready for use.

The frame system is compatible with prints, photographs or handmade pieces measuring 14 x 17.5 cm (marked with the red arrow) – these are simply slid into the frame system from the top.

To do this, bend the item slightly and carefully slide it downwards between the front of the frame system, the two angular side brackets and the rear section, which has been folded down by 90° along the perforated line, creating a beautiful three-dimensional effect that allows the image to be presented to great effect in the front, square cut-out of the frame system measuring 12 x 12 cm.
